We do! Even if all you want to do is spend one night in a hotel that is less than $100 with taxes, we are glad to help.

Most of the time, it's absolutely free! You will get your hotels (or cruises or activities) at the price you would find yourself online, with your credit card company, or with your loyalty programs; or even cheaper! And we track the rates, so if prices go down, we can often rebook your trip for the lower price, saving you money! Exceptions where EpiCurated Travel charges a fee are large groups (more than 6 people, typically), itinerary-only requests (with no bookings), and complex custom travel itineraries with the works.

We have access to a secure "vault" through Fora Travel where your credit card information is stored. You will not be asked for this until you are ready to book something.

We do not charge fees for most of our services. If you want to book a hotel, a package vacation, a cruise, an all-inclusive, or something else relatively straightforward, it's totally free for you! (We earn commissions through our travel partners.) Service fees are for specific circumstances, such as: Groups larger than 6 people (though even that may be free - reach out and ask!) Itinerary-only Packages (this is when you ask us for recommendations, but you do all of your own booking. Some people prefer this to give them flexibility and the option to be spontaneous while traveling, especially for road trips or when backpacking across Europe, for instance). Note that itinerary-only services do not come with the ability to help with hotels or other travel vendors while on vacation unless you decide to book them through us. Any trip where the itinerary is complicated and will take extra hours to research. This could include those going to multiple countries, those taking longer than a week, custom itineraries with items like activities and restaurant reservations, etc. Note that there are exceptions to every rule! We do not charge deposits for simple travel bookings. We do, however, charge a non-refundable deposit for safaris, trips lasting more than 8 days, and trips where the total will be more than $5000.

With most cruise lines, we can! Your cruise deposit is linked to you, not to a travel advisor. EpiCurated Travel can plan your cruise vacation and your deposit and any deals that came with it will still be honored. And we may be able to get you more perks or deals on top of that!

We totally get that. We can take over the planning from where you've left off, and can often take over any bookings that you've already made. This can be helpful if you need to change anything, and puts everything from your trip in one "place" - with us!

Most of the time, yes! There are a few exceptions, but we can work with you to make sure that's a doable thing before you ever spend any money.

This is a great question! First of all, you will continue to accrue more loyalty points through our bookings. Second of all, we highly recommend that, when you can, you switch your loyalty points over to a frequent flyer account. Your points can go much farther on an airline than with a hotel or rental car company. That said, we can also usually book a stay or car for you using your points (though, this is brand dependent, so please ask first). If your hotel or car doesn't allow a travel advisor to book with your points, you can book that part of the trip yourself, and let us take care of the rest.
